We have been honored twice as Winner of "Excellent Architecture" by the German Design Council.
The pioneering design for the urban department store in Schützenstrasse won over the jury in the Conceptual Architecture category:
"The spectacular design for a central commercial building in Munich's city center envisages a transparent shell that gives the building a special aura and, in combination with the special design language, makes it iconic. An exciting project that also impresses with its sustainable timber construction and contributes to revitalizing the city centre."
We also won in the "Architecture" category with the recently completed office building in Munich's Rüdesheimerstraße. The jury statement in full:
"The Classy Office Building combines striking design elements from the 1950s with modern architecture to create an elegant building with its own identity. In addition to the rounded corner, the complex impresses with a vertical color gradient from dark to light, which underlines the horizontal structure and reinforces the impression of high quality."
