The "aer" project in Munich's Neuperlach district welcomes two new tenants: Tailor made catering (TMC), a specialist in customized company catering concepts, and the daycare center "Bambini Kitas München". The new tenants are expected to move into their respective spaces and commence operations from early summer 2024.
The move of both tenants continues the successful path towards establishing the "aer" as a sustainable and vibrant flagship project in one of Munich's largest and most attractive office submarkets.
The priority is to make the project future-proof and sustainable through innovative concepts and uses, as well as to create a complementary range of services for office use. With TMC and Bambini, we are increasing the diversity of the property.
