Rüdesheimer Office

With the elegant corner building on Rüdesheimerstrasse, a new office building is being built in Munich Sendling-Westpark. The area between Westendstrasse and Westpark, with its excellent infrastructure, will experience a major leap in development over the next few years. Despite the challenging site, it was possible to achieve optimal utilization of the space. 

The building impresses with its high recognition factor. The rounded corner and horizontal alignment create a dynamic façade appearance. A vertical color gradient from dark to light lends lightness to the façade.

The staggered floor forms a design conclusion and offers a generous panoramic view with a surrounding roof terrace. Open office floor plans with an access core for all usage units impress with their flexibility and efficiency.

Together with the new building on the neighboring property, the striking corner building marks the beginning of the urban redevelopment of the previously unstructured commercial area.
