Connecting the Sites

Branding

Surrounded by green spaces and close to the Hachinger Tal landscape park, the development project aims to create an attractive location with great appeal in the south-east of Munich.

The new campus, consisting of offices, light industrial, commercial housing and leisure facilities, functions as an independent city and, with its connection to the municipality of Ottobrunn, the landscape park and local public transport, combines all the advantages of the location under one brand.

Urban Design

The three building plots will be developed successively as three building sections, each of which will function as a functional campus with its own transport infrastructure. 15-storey high-rise buildings mark the main access routes to public transport and Ottobrunn.

In the central area, the two- to three-storey units ensure an urban atmosphere and a high quality of life for users.

Mobility Concept

The "Otto Highline", which floats above everything, seamlessly connects the complex with the landscape park and Ottobrunn and serves as a distribution system for pedestrians, cyclists and the parking garages.

The visionary mobility concept also includes a gondola connection between the S-Bahn station and the northern landmark, which takes visitors to the campus in a spectacular and easy way.
