Until now, the roof area of the office complex in Munich's Westend district was largely unused and was only partially used as a location for technical superstructures.
With the restructuring of the office space and the creation of further access cores, the various roof areas will also be comprehensively activated and designed as accessible and green outdoor terraces.
In order to support biodiversity and an improved microclimate in the city, the integration of water retention areas is also planned.
The result is an attractive combination of natural and open spaces with a panoramic view of the Alps.
