On Kaufingerstrasse, in the heart of Munich's city centre, we plan to revitalise three interconnected buildings. Historic elements will be preserved and complemented by innovative features such as a green roof terrace and photovoltaic panels. The project is called AIM and aims to enrich Munich's city centre with a versatile, sustainable and flexible mixed-use development. The revitalisation is expected to be completed by 2027.
